Tips for beautiful hair

Are you tired of applying all the solutions for your hair problem? Here are a few very basic and handy tips. Well, they are not some expert's advice. They are simple observations I made from my day to day life.

Use a suitable shampoo
There are numerous hair products in the market. Not necessary all Ayurvedic products are good and will suit you. Use what suits your hair type and stick to it. I have been using Sunsilk pink shampoo since almost 12 years and I don't see any need of changing it. It works for me.

Healthy diet for healthy hair
Eat healthy. A protein rich diet is wondrous for lustrous hair. Even good iron, fiber and vitamins intake improves hair quality. In short, a well balanced diet is what your hair requires. I noticed it in my pregnancies. My hair had become shiny and hair fall had reduced to minimum. Proteins, iron, calcium, vitamins- I took care to give every nutrient to the baby. Well, it showed on my health too!

Stress-free brain
This brain is an amazing machine. It just doesn't stop. To tame and judiciously use this brain is an essential knack of a stress free life. Think minimum and think positive. So that your hair gets sufficient oxygen for growth. Whenever I have not bothered much about people and future, my hair has remained intact!

Oil it well
Its an Indian traditional tip. But when we use shampoos, many essential oils are washed away. So, oil your hair or massage your scalp with a suitable oil at least once a week before washing them. I have been religiously applying coconut oil in my hair since times immemorial. It helped always. The problem in oiling is that sometimes the oil is not completely washed. Nevertheless, use it. Wash it again the next day if hair appears sticky.

Genes are important
There are many women I have met with awesome thick, long, shiny black hair. They don't apply anything special. It's simply in their genes.

Don't worry, if your genes don't support thick bright hair. You always have other the first four tips to improve!
